The main objective of the Civic Education Centre, a part of Kyiv Charitable Foundation, is to enhance the development of democratic values of the Ukrainian society. Tolerance is a significant value of democratisation of the society. 

Civic Education Centre in cooperation with the Anne Frank Foundation and the Fund for Central and East European Book Projects in Amsterdam and Ukrainian partner organisations will provide the full range of logistics and outputs of the Ukrainian Books for Education in Tolerance project. 

The Civic Education Centre is responsible for coordination and cooperation with project partners, the coordination and logistics of publishing and distribution of books, and will assist to partners in preparation of seminars and workshops, and contacts with target groups.
